Attendance & shifts
How can I clock in?
By default the mobile app supports simple one-tap clock-in. Depending on your company's configuration you may need to verify your GPS position, the company Wi-Fi, scan a QR code or take a selfie.
Why was my punch marked "Flagged"?
It happens when you clock in outside the configured GPS area or Wi-Fi. The punch is still recorded but is passed to your manager / HR for review.
How do I request a shift swap or pick up an open shift?
Open Swaps / Open shifts, pick the shift you want to swap or take and send the request to a colleague or your direct manager.
Requests & approval flow
Who approves my leave / overtime request?
Requests go to your direct manager, otherwise to HR, then the owner. If you are the only owner, the SELF flow lets you decide yourself. An approver can also forward a request to someone else.
Can I cancel a leave request I already sent?
Yes while it is PENDING or DRAFT. Once APPROVED you need to ask for a cancellation that your manager approves again.
Payroll & payslip security
Why can't I see the amounts on my payslip in the mobile app?
For security the amounts are hidden by default. Tap "Unlock" and verify with Face ID / fingerprint (or your password). The unlock is valid for 5 minutes.
What do I do if my days or pay look wrong this month?
Tap "Dispute" right on the payslip detail screen. HR receives it, replies and creates an ADJ_* adjustment that is added to or deducted from the next payroll period automatically.

How do I change the late-penalty or allowance formula?
HR Admin: Payroll → Payroll templates, open the template and add a formula column (e.g. #MIN(#LATE_MINUTES * 2000, 500000)) that uses other columns as #column_id and values such as #BASE, #STD_DAYS, #ACTUAL_DAYS, #OT_HOURS; press Test to see the result before saving.
How do I add our logo and a custom domain?
Settings → Company & Branding: upload the logo and the square icon (PNG/JPEG/WebP, each with an optional version for dark backgrounds) and press Add domain. The wizard shows the exact DNS records to create (CNAME for a subdomain, A for a root domain, plus a TXT) and checks them for you.
